⚖️ By using VedIntel™ you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using VedIntel™ you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a binding agreement between you and CoMo® Workshops. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to create an account or use paid features. By using VedIntel™ you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of Service

VedIntel™ provides Vedic astrology tools for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes only. Our calculations use Swiss Ephemeris precision. You may not use VedIntel™ for any unlawful purpose, to scrape data, to impersonate others, or to attempt to bypass any technical restrictions.

4. Not Professional Advice

Astrological readings, predictions, and calculations on VedIntel™ are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or applicability of any prediction to your specific circumstances. Rely on our tools for guidance and reflection, not definitive decisions.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Ads Free subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. Payments are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your paid period. Prices may be updated with 30 days' prior notice.

6. Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed separately at vedintel.com/refund. In general, refund eligibility requires a request within 7 days of the first charge and fewer than 1,000 tool requests during that billing period.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are required to be suspended under applicable law. Upon termination, your access to paid features ceases immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

The VedIntel™ name, logo, software, and design are owned by CoMo® Workshops. Classical Vedic astrology knowledge and texts referenced are in the public domain. You may share your personal chart results but may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our software, design, or generated content without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VedIntel™ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that astrological calculations will be suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoMo® Workshops is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VedIntel™. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of VedIntel™ after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
